The Pfefferman family is back for season 3 of one of the queerest shows on television. If your unfamiliar with the show, it centers on Maura a father who decides late in life to live to a woman. The series tells not only the story of her transistion but how it affects her family of grown children who are all dealing with their own issues. To add to the queer factor, both his daughters are bisexual.
The show’s creator, Jill Soloway is also openly gay. The show has garnered both Emmy Awards and Golden Globes. TRANSPARENT stars Jeffrey Tambor, Judith Light, Amy Landecker, Jay Duplass, and Gaby Hoffman.
